TotalUp Software is a small, independent studio creating simple, human-centered apps under the TotalUp name.
From everyday calculators to communication tools, our goal is the same across every app: make things clear, predictable, and easy to use—so you can focus on what you’re doing, not on how the app works.

TotalUp is a clean, straightforward calculator designed for everyday math. No clutter, no gimmicks—just an easy way to add things up and get on with your day.

TotalUp Points – Points & Rewards Calculator
TotalUp Points helps you quickly figure out points, rewards, and scores—without needing a spreadsheet.

- Any situation where you’re adding up “points” over time
TotalUp Talking – Communication Support App
TotalUp Talking is a communication app that helps people “build” what they want to say using tiles and short phrases.
- Create tiles on iPhone or iPad with pictures, labels, and phrases
- Organize them into categories that fit real life (Needs, Feelings, School, Work, etc.)
- Sync phrases to Apple Watch and speak with a tap
TotalUp Talking is designed as a communication support tool, especially for people who benefit from picture- or phrase-based communication. It’s not a medical device and does not replace professional speech-language therapy or medical care—but it can be a helpful part of someone’s toolkit.

TotalUp Sales is a small business sales app in development.
The goal is to give small business owners a simple way to:

- See how the numbers are adding up over time
- Keep things understandable without needing full-blown accounting software
Built with the same “clear and simple” approach as our other apps, TotalUp Sales is meant to support the kind of everyday, real-world decisions small businesses make.

TotalUp Software was founded by Jim Mahon, an independent developer who cares about how software actually feels to use day after day.
Jim brings:
